You can make your own templates for use on a Wiki. I have created two for use here on Hobbs Knowledge Base - the "NOTE:" template and the "WARNING:" template!
First of all, for "NOTE:", i created a new Template by visiting the "Template:<name of template>" page:
Obviously, this page didn't exist at first, so i edited it to input the content i required.
You can, of course, click the link above to view my template and also to see the source code.
In order to use it, i then have to simply type the following into my page:
- {{Note|My "NOTE:" template looks like this!}}
NOTE: You can, of course have several fields. I chose just one, but you could have as many as you like.
Using the same method, i also created a "WARNING:" template, as shown below:
WARNING: This is a warning template in use!
